    Frozen Thunder skiing: See email sent on Friday

    Monday (12):

    Thanksgiving. No group training.

    Tuesday (13):
    Multi-Primo-Supremo

    Pod 2: 1645-1700-warm up classic rollerskiing OYO at the CNC then meet at penalty loop at 1700. You will be done at 1830
    Pod 3: 1645-1700-warm up classic rollerskiing OYO at the CNC then meet in front of biathlon building at 1700. You will be done at 1830.

    Also, bring running shoes

    Wednesday (14):
    Multi-Primo-Supremo

    NO TIME TRIAL ANYMORE. No team session today.

    Thursday (15):
    Primo-Supremo

    Intensity. Running in Zone 7 (only a small snack beforehand). WE WILL DO THIS ON THE STUR COURSE (Silver Tip path). 

    Pod 2: 1645-1715: Warm up by running in Z1-2. Meet at 1715 at the start line of the STUR. You will be done at 1815 (you can run or bike home for a cool down)
    Pod 3: 1645-1715: Warm up by running in Z1-2. Meet at 1715 at the start line of the STUR. You will be done at 1815 (you can run or bike home for a cool down)

    Saturday (17):
    Multi-Primo-Supremo

    Strength then a run. All pods to meet at Millennium Park, but we will use lots of space to maintain significant distance between pods while we all do strength together. Followed by a run on the flatter trails along the river.

    It is forecasted to be cold (think January) so dress appropriately. Bring 1 pair of heavy gloves/mits for strength to keep your hands warm/dry while doing push ups, then a 2nd pair for running.
