Yes hello team, a fun week ahead 🙂
Housekeeping:
1) XC running provincials are next Saturday in Edmonton. Please let me know ASAP if you are going since your training program will be different.
2) Frozen Thunder is scheduled to open on Saturday, Oct 21st. Note that there is no fee for skiing after 5pm. When you ski earlier, like on weekends, you need to get a day pass. Arrive 15min ahead to purchase at the day lodge.
3) The club ski swap is Oct 28-29. We will have the usual pre-swap in the team room a few days before. Get the dust off your ski bag later this week.
4) Make sure you get your CCC licence in the next few weeks.
5) Individual meetings this week for the LC+. Double check your time on the spreadsheet. Bring your documents to the meeting.
6) Great job on updating Training Peaks regularly. The success rate is about 80% which is far better than most other years. Keep up the great work.
7) LC Plus: Ski presentation is immediately after the workout on Wednesday, 6:15-7:30pm. Bring food and a change of clothes, parents welcome.
