    Hello TTs,

    Great work last week with zones, the kinder cup, and confederation relays! Those were some great opportunities to challenge yourself and we saw many of you rise to the occasion and push yourself. Keep up the good work.

    NOW is the time to get out your ski equipment (skis, boots, poles) and be sure it fits. Allison and Matt will continue to flex test skis this week to be sure they fit well.

    As we had the races on Sunday the 16th, this week is a little different. Please note Monday’s change from the usual as mentioned in the monthly overview.

    Monday 16th 5 – 6pm @ Lady MacDonald Hall, Rec Centre
    Athlete education sessions including goal setting, race preparation, team motto, and voting for team captains. T2’s please bring your journal from last year. T1’s we coaches will provide you with a fresh new journal.

    Tuesday 17th 6:30-8pm @ CNC
    TT Biathlon

    Wednesday 18th 5 – 6:30pm @ CNC
    Skate rollerskiing working on Double Poling. The forecast is currently looking good for rollerskiing, but be sure to check back before training. Remember your Skate boots, classic poles, helmet, and drink belt. We will be doing a combination of no pole skating and double poling.

    Saturday 21st 9am – 10:30am
    Trail run on Montane Trail, meeting at parking lot on Palliser Trail. Thanks to the parent volunteers who’ve emailed to say they can make it! Don’t forget your drink belt!
