Yay for the opening of Frozen Thunder on Saturday, what a lovely ski it was and a super effort by all who pushed themselves in the rollerski time trial beforehand!

Confederations Park Relays in Calgary. Teams will be revealed on Wednesday at practice. There are lots of families going so if you don’t have a ride, ask around at practice on Mon and Wed!
