    Hello,

    Frozen thunder has arrived! Be sure to make the most of your time while we are out skiing and focusing on quality technique. Every pole and push is an opportunity to ingrane good technical habits.

    Training this week:

    Monday(21) LC+ 5:00-6:15 Strength at the BWTC. Warm up outside as usual. ABSOLUTELY- Clean indoor shoes only so we are not banned from the gym.

    Tuesday(22) LC+ 4:45-6:30 Skate ski on Frozen Thunder. Just LC+ tonight as tomorrow will be LC/LC+ for the UMR.

    Wednesday(23) LC/LC+ 5:00-6:30 UMR. This is the last UMR of the year. Come ready to really challenge yourself and go for a personal goal.

    Thursday(24) LC/LC+ 4:45-6:45 Strength and a run. Meet at the BWTC with your CLEAN indoor shoes. We will start outside for an outdoor warm up as usual.

    Saturday(26) LC/LC+ 9:15-11:45 SKATE NOW on Frozen Thunder and a run. Get your season pass or day pass as efficiently as possible so we can get skiing. We will cover the bib plan for the weekends in the teamroom at 9:15.
