    Hello,

    Look at all that snow on the mountains! You know what that means- winter is coming. Things are really gearing up, so be sure to get yourself organized. Lots going on.

    1) The clothing order is in! See Allison’s post for pick up times.
    2) Interclub ski swap is this week (see email from Matt) and the ski swap is October 29th. Now is the time to be thinking about your equipment, ensuring it fits well, and passing on equipment that you have outgrown to younger athletes.
    3) Get your CCC license. Email your coach if you have questions.
    4) Get your CNC pass before October 31 and save 10%
    5) LC Plus: Sport Psychology presentation on Tuesday 6:30-8:00 right after the workout. Be sure to bring your change of clothes and food. Sorry parents, athletes only.

    Monday(23): LC+ 6:30-7:45 Strength at the BWTC

    Tuesday(24): LC & LC+ 5:00-6:20 Classic ski on Frozen Thunder. Typically a blue klister base heated in covered by universal klister works well. The base is important. Meet at the Team Room

    LC+ Sport Psychology presentation 6:30-8:00 Bring change of clothes and food for the presentation.

    Wednesday(25): LC & LC+ 5:00-6:45 The final Uphill Monitoring Run of the year! Prepare yourself well, don’t eat a big snack later than 3pm. Meet at the Team Room.

    Thursday(26): LC & LC+ 4:30-6:30 Skate ski on Frozen thunder and Strength. Meet at the Team Room

    Saturday(28): LC & LC+ 9:15-10:45. You need a FT day pass, so arrive at 9am to get it at the day lodge. Classic Intensity on Frozen Thunder. The last 30min will be running so bring your shoes. Meet at the Team Room.
