    So far workouts are rolling along nicely and we have made some good progress with our confidence on rolleskis and our ability to work as a team ❗

    It’s starting to get dark and cold in the mornings and Frozen Thunder has been rolled out so we should all be getting excited about starting to ski soon! Workouts will become a little more ski specific over the next month, including having a rip of FT, so make sure you arrive at workouts having had a snack and ready to focus 😛

    **Please note we do not need at FT pass as we are starting at 5pm but you will need one if you want to ski between 9am – 5pm on the weekends.

    Monday 26th: 5 – 6:30pm @ CNC
    Today we’ll head out on the rollerski loop on our classic rollerskis to work on our striding. Meet at the Team Room with helmet, rski gear, gloves and drink belt ready to go for a 5pm start.

    Wednesday 28th: 5 – 6:30pm @ CNC
    Scrape off the storage wax on your skate skis because we’re heading out on Frozen Thunder. :mrgreen: This session we will mainly focus on getting our ski legs back with a few technique tips along the way. There is a bench set up in the Team Room for scraping so please ensure your skis are scraped and brushed in time for a 5pm start!!

    Saturday 31st – Happy Halloween, no workout. Enjoy your volleyball tournament or an outdoor adventure with your friends and/or family

    Just a friendly reminder that if you are not going to be able to attend a workout or have a clash with a school or sporting commitment can you let me know in advance, it helps a lot with planning. Thanks.
