Due to the falling snow we will postpone our first classic rollerski, instead we will head out for a run with some speed work. We are aiming to spend the whole hour on the go today so please be on time! Please dress in breathable but warm layers and cover your head and hands! Bring your drink belt/bottle too so we can drink on the go today.
Wednesday 4th 5 – 6:30pm: @ LGMS
Park strength and speed work. We’ll test our coordination and footwork with speed ladders then get creative with the playground equipment for a strength circuit that includes some strength testing. With special guest coach Michael Macisaac-Jones from AWCA. Yay! Bring your drink belt/bottle.
