Hello LCs,
The Canmore Nordic website was hacked again and we lost all the data between September and now. So just a quick re-post for the remainder of the week.
Thursday(6)– Hopefully you are all running at XC Running Zones. If you were not able to sign up, or can’t miss school, I will have team training from 4:30-6:00: Running Intensity, meet at the teamroom.
Saturday(8) No team training, Happy thanksgiving.
