    Monday(3)- No TTS-Dev strength, moved to Oct 14

    Tuesday(4)
    Primo
    4:45-6:45 Run and Strength
    U18 start in the gym
    U16 start outside

    Wednesday(5)
    Multi-Primo
    4:45-6:15 Skate Rollerski with sprints. Meet at the BWTC

    Thursday(6)
    Multi-Primo
    4:45-6:15 (Maybe 6:30) Ski striding intensity up Spray Lakes road. You all executed this workout well in the start of September, we will focus on the same aspects. Meet at the BWTC.

    Saturday(8)-Monday(10)
    No team training- Happy Thanksgiving
