Great Nipika camp. Lots of good training and fun. Great job! You will be tired this week; this is normal and expected after a camp. Make sure you take good care of yourself with good food and rest.
Here’s the plan for this week.
Tuesday (4): 4:45-5:45pm. Z1 run + race prep over the courses. Remember the 5:45pm meeting for athletes and parents in the bwtc.
Wednesday (5): XC Running zones. No practice today.
Thursday (6): With today’s chilly temperature, the forecast during the workout (1.7mm of rain predicted) and the fact that you have trained hard the last week; I have decided to cancel today’s team workout. I would prefer that you go for a short recovery run from home for 30-45min. This is unusual, but I think it’s best for today. Have a good weekend.
