Thank you for all the skis being delivered for testing. As you continue to get new skis, please bring them in (scraped, brushed, and free of anything sticky) so we can get your kick wax lines marked.

Training this week:
Monday(31) Skate Ski @ CNC
5:00–6:00 We will continue our progress skiing on frozen thunder with some relays tonight. Bust out your costumes for a fun filled night before you hit the streets for trick or treating. Meet at the teamroom.
Tuesday(1) Run @ CNC
5:00-6:30 Distance run from the nordic centre out to quarry lake and mosquito bite. We will get our tempo work on tonight with some quick short sprints. Meet at the flags.Thursday(3) Biathlon@ CNC
4:45-6:15 Biathlon training on skis.Saturday(5) Skate Ski & Run @ CNC
1:00-3:00 Due to a Time Trial other clubs are doing on Frozen Thunder until 1:45, we will Starting with running, then we will switch over to Skiing at about 2pm. Meet at the teamroom to drop off your ski equipment.
