    Hello LCs,

    Happy Thanksgiving week.  This holiday weekend is a great time to get some quality recovery so that you are able to enter the next phase of training properly rested and ready to absorb lots of training.

    As per the club’s COVID Vaccination Policy, please submit your proof of vaccination or negative test to the club administrator by Wednesday, October 6 as noted in the email distributed on September 30.

    Training this week:

    MONDAY(4)
    Supremo
    Bike or run for at least 15 minutes to warm up.  Meet at the BWTC (bring your proof of vaccination or negative test, and a mask) gym at the following times:

    5:00-6:00 – Heidi, Sabine, Sophia, Ben D, Theo, Anna, Ben T
    6:00-7:00 – Kaisa, Tobias, Tabby, Bjorn, Ben B, Felix, Callum

    TUESDAY(5)
    No Team Training- check Training Peaks for individual plan

    WEDNESDAY(6)
    Multi-Primo-Supremo
    XC Running Zones OR Ski striding at CNC

    Arrive at 4:45 warm up for 15 min.  Meet in the XC Stadium at 5:00 for Z5/Z6 intensity. Done at 6:15

    THURSDAY(7)
    Primo-Supremo

    445-645: Skate rollerskiing and strength in the BWTC gym (BRING A MASK, proof of vaccination or negative test- Required to enter the gym).

    Women in the gym first 445-545.
    Men on rollerskis first 445-545. Meet at team room.

    FRIDAY(8)
    Supremo
    Bike or run for at least 15 minutes to warm up.  Meet at the BWTC (bring your proof of vaccination or negative test, and a mask) gym at the following times:

    5:00-6:00 – Heidi, Sabine, Sophia, Ben D, Theo, Anna, Ben T
