    Hello TTs,

    Great work to everyone who came out and gave their all on the STUR last week.  We will try to complete 1 more this fall for a chance to improve your time. You can check your time on our “master” spreadsheet that has all historical times here.

    Here is the image of the times, LC and TT all together:

    As per the club’s COVID Vaccination Policy, please submit your proof of vaccination or negative test to the club administrator by Wednesday, October 6 as noted in the email distributed on September 30. 

    Training this week:

    Monday(4) Ski Striding @ CNC

    5:00-6:30 Meet at the teamroom with your ski striding poles (80% of your height or about your armpit) and drink belts.  Tonight we will work on our ski striding technique and some sprinting challenges.

    Tuesday(5) Running @ LGMS

    5:00-6:30 Meet at the LGMS track with your running shoes and drink belt.  Tonight will be a run on flatter terrain to work on running technique/ efficiency as well as some games.

    Thursday(7) Biathlon @ CNC

    4:45-6:15 Biathlon training.

    Saturday(9)-Monday(11)

    No team training- Happy Thanksgiving.  Eat lots, sleep lots, and be thankful.
