0645-0800: Strength in the gym for Supremos. No afternoon workout
Tuesday (6):
Multi-Primo-Supremo
Pod 2: 1645-1700-warm up classic rollerskiing at the CNC then meet at top of tear drop at 1700. You will be done at 1830, except if you did the extra long rollerski on Saturday in which case you will be done at 1745 (1 hour of skiing).
Pod 3: 1645-1700-warm up classic rollerskiing at the CNC then meet in front of biathlon building at 1700. You will be done at 1830.
Wednesday (7):
Multi-Primo-Supremo
Pod 2: 1700-1830. Ski striding up Ha Ling. Bring SS poles. Meet at Goat Creek parking lot at 1700.
Pod 3: 1700-1830. Ski striding up Ha Ling. Bring SS poles. Meet at Goat Creek parking lot at 1700.
Thursday (8):
Primo-Supremo
Strength training. Equipment needed: Short Physio Band, Long Physio Band, and dumbbells (similar to summer 10-20 lbs)
Pod 2: 1645-1745: Strength beside team room. 1745-1845: RS-CL, meet in biathlon stadium.
Pod 3: 1645-1745: RS-CL, meet in biathlon stadium. 1745-1845: Strength beside team room.
No Team Training over the Thanksgiving weekend – Friday to Monday. Check your Training Peaks for individual workouts.
