    Hello Team,

    Great work at the Nordiq Alberta Run and Roll!  That was a challenging race, but a solid effort.

    We coaches all have individual meeting sign ups to talk with each of you one on one to discuss your race paths.  Check the what’s App for the sign up details to get the right link to your coach (Matt, Caitlin, or Mark).

    We are always working to create partnerships with organizations and retailers.  Zizu Optics is offering a club discount night on October 29, 6:30-7:30 at the BWTC. More details to come.

    Frozen Thunder is opening October 19.  Check your email for details on the process this year. You’ll need a bib for 3 Saturday training sessions, but there is not a frantic rush to buy it as there are not specific times with limits like previous years.

    Multi/Primo/TTS
    4:45-6:15  Skate rollerski technique. Warm up OYO and meet at the usual spot at the top of the Banff Trail at 5:00.

    Tuesday(8)
    Primo/TTS
    4:45-6:15 Strength and On Foot agility.  U16 in the outside first, U18 gym first. New strength routine tonight!

    Wednesday(9)
    Multi/Primo/TTS
    4:45-6:15 Split session tonight for the different ages to focus on your needed development.

    U18- Classic Rollerski intensity up Silver Tip. Warm up OYO on the flat trails and meet at the Hotel parking lot at 5pm ready for Z5 intensity. Thank you Nicky Williams and Leslie Simson for volunteering to shuttle!

    U16- SKATE Rollerski intensity at CNC. Meet at the teamroom

    Friday(11)-Monday(14) No team training, Happy Thanksgiving.  Get some good rest and eat lots of food.
