    The T3/LC group will split up this week:

    Group 1: Haig Monday-Thursday (info received via email + Saturday workout (see below)

    Group 2: Bow Valley camp (info here: viewtopic.php?f=104&t=5429) plus Saturday workout (see below)

    Saturday (24): Meet at team room at 10am for some ski striding intensity. We will be done at 11am. Do not eat a huge breakfast before.
