8:30-9:00 Depart for Camrose
Race Prep
1pm-3pm
Return to Hotel and check-in.
Afterwards: Race Plan should be completed by the time the coaches get back, Check everything is tight on rifles, Select skis
Coaches Meeting: 7:00pm U of A Augustana Campus, Athletic Department – Faith & Life Centre Room FL1- 315
Team Meeting: 9:00pm

Sprint Style Race = Penalty Loops

Athletes Items Checklist: Arm Cuff, Ammo, Boots, Spare Skis, Poles, Trigger Lock Key, Gloves, Sunglasses, Runners, Water, Snack
7:15am Wake Up
7:30am Team Jog with Rachel
7:45am Breakfast
7:45am Race plan review if needed
8:30am Depart for site.
9:00am Arrive on site.
9:35am Return to team room to pick up bib, eat a final small snack if needed (Banana is best). Drink Water, use the bathroom if needed.
9:40am Ensure rifle is prepared, begin to head out to the range depending on zero time.
9:45am Equipment Check opens
10:00am Range opens
10:00-10:45am Zero – Order will be dependant on start list.
11:00am – First Racer starts.
1:00pm – Awards presented.
Afterwards: Go Ski Course for tomorrow as a cool down!!! Very Important!
