Good job at the camp this weekend. Technique is improving as well as fitness. Things are looking good for the winter!
This week is a recovery week. We will take it easy this week and get a physical and psycholological break. However, make sure you get in the small amount of hours on your plan.
Tuesday (T2-TC-TW): Z1 SK rollerski Combo- lots of shooting and competitions (bring 3 boxes of ammo so you don’t run out)
Wednesday a.m. (TW and TC with spare): Z1 CL rollerski combo and sprints
Wednesday p.m. (T2-TC-TW): Z3 SK rollerski combo
The rest of the week is training on your own. Do something fun this week and relax! The winter is always a busy time with training, school and racing so this is a little break before the real fun begins 😛 .
I will be away from thursday till the following Tuesday and will not be easy to get a hold of, so, if you need to chat or you need something from me make sure you talk to me before wednesday night.
