    Hi all,

OK, Here is the finalized plan for the weekend. Plan #1 is for you all who will not be doing the XC running provincials. Plan #2 is for those doing rhe XC provincials.

Tatiana and lauren will rollerski at BVPP.

    Sunday: depends on your group

TW/TC: a.m. CL Time Trial on bike path, followed by a medium distance run around barrier lake, jewel pass area. Finished and ready for pick-up at Barrier Lake Day Use area at 1:00pm.

    * We will need some parents who are staying at the hostel to shuttle athlete’s and gear to barrier day use area. It’ll be a big group.

PLAN #2 (Those racing XC provincials)

Friday: race prep run, easy day. On own.

    Saturday:

p.m. Come out to Ribbon asap after the race. If you can get out early enough it would be good to go for a CL recovery rollerski. If you can’t make it out till later please arrive by dinner (6:00pm).

    Sunday:

a.m. Highwood pass SK ski strength. Athlete’s can be picked up at Barrier dam day use area at 1:00pm. We may need a vehicle to go out with this group to help with shuttling. We can figure this out saturday night between coaches and parents who are staying at the hostel.
