Hi everyone,
I will be making a few posts regarding the next two races and training sessions while Phil is away at the Nationals (best of luck Phil, we will be following!)

So for the RMSC on Saturday here are the details:

Wax:
Solda: Techno red or Solda Performance Red
Swix: CH8 (-4 to +1), LF8 (-4 to +1 snow temp)

Arrival time:
Please arrive at the team room one hour and 15 minutes before your start to have your skis checked over and collect your bib. Warm-up leaders for each category will meet you there.
Age 9-10 category: arrive 11:30am
Age 11-12 category: arrive 11:40am
There is a fun downhill race at 1:30pm after the regular race so bring a lunch and plenty to drink. Sunglasses are a good idea at this time of the year.
Awards are scheduled for 3pm.
