Hello LC’s. A 5km race tomorrow in skating. 2 X around the 2.5km. Interval start. Look on zone 4 for your start time and arrive the team room 1.5 hours before your start. Bring your skate and classic (if you are racing Sunday) skis with you, waxed with Performance red.
Eat a good amount of food this evening.
