Hello LCs,
The new forum doesn’t allow for editing of posts at this time, so please see the update below for Saturday, Sep 30th’s session.9:00-11:30 Meet at Travel Alberta with your road bike, cool weather riding gear, and RUNNING shoes/clothes. We will start with a ride and if 1 of the 5 different forecasts comes true, we will cut the ride short and finish with a run in the rain. So, plan for 2.5 hours of training tomorrow. You are welcome to leave shoes/clothes in my (Matt) truck while we ride.
