    HI Team

    Looks to still be pretty cold. -19 at the NC and -20 at my house. It will warm up but not enough to have a quality shooting practice.

    Instead:
    Z1 classic ski with 12 X 5sec sprints in double poling (5sec = 5 strong and fast polings). 1 every 1min. Total time for this workout 1.5hrs. Then dryfire at home for 30min.

    Call a team mate for a ski 😀
