HI Team
Just realized there is no meeting time for tomorrow at BVPP (thanks Macx).
We will meet at the info centre parking lot at 9:00am!
The workout is Rski SK distance Z1 followed by some Z3.
Please be a little early to recieve instruction for the workout.
