Hi T1s and T2s
a big week this week! these weeks where we do alot of physical training are important to help us become fit!
We have two practices this week along with the Nipika Training Camp
Tuesday, Sep 18 – classic rollerskiing – meet at team room 5-630pm – focus is on technique
Thursday, Sep 20 – change of plans for thursday – no practice – it is important that athletes are feeling rested going into a training camp that will include a high volume of physical training.
Friday, Sep 21
T2s – meet at Harvey Heights 930 – skate roller skiing – to Banff
what to bring: lunch, water, rollerski gear – if you have one a safety vest
pick up is at Cascade ponds at 1215-1230pm
T1s – meet at Nipika at 4pm
430pm – workout planned at Nipika
Sat Sep 22 – Sun Sep 23 – Nipika Camp – details have been sent by email.
T2s – there is a bit of extra ‘on your own’ physical training for you to do – details have been sent by email.
