Hello U14’s
Awesome work this week, great to finally enjoy a session with you all. I’m looking forward to many more this season!

Here’s our plan this week:
Monday(25) Skate Rollerski @ CNC.
5:00-6:30. Meet outside the team room.
We’ll be doing some work on our skate timing, and a little work on the downhills too.Tuesday(26) Fox & Hound @ CNC.
5:00-6:30. Meet at the flags. Agility work in the form of a wonderful game. We will be wrapping up our game 15 minutes early to finish with a review of our club code of conduct before heading out to our camp this weekend.Thursday(28) / Saturday(30) / Monday(2)
No practices during these dates as we will be away in Kimberley for our Fall Camp!
