Hello Team,
Week 2 of fall training and your 3rd week of school, so hopefully you are settling into your rhythm. It is always challenging going back to school and being exposed to lots of stress and germs. Focus on getting good sleep and washing your hands lots to stay healthy. Remember our club sickness policy: if you are sick, you can not participate in club activities.
UPDATE: Our Fall Parent meeting will be Wednesday, Sep 25 from 6:15-6:45 to touch on the race calendar, program expectations, and give you all a chance to ask questions. If you can’t make it, be sure to have someone come on your behalf to relay the information.

4:45-6:45 Gym Strength and outdoor agility on foot. U16 in the gym first, U18 outdoor first.

4:45-6:45 Classic distance, technique, and sprints. Meet at the teamroom

5:00-6:00 Strength with Chelsea

9:00-12:00 Skate rollerski on the 1A. Meet in Banff at the Train Station Parking lot. Pack 1 bars in your drink Belt.
