Solid first week of training for those who raced! Week number 2 ahead 🙂 Remember individual meetings this week (schedule below). To the meeting I need you all to bring:
– goals for the winter
– your fall/winter schedule (any other sports/commitments you have)
– Paper/journal and pencil
XC Running Provincials: One event I want to put on all your radar is XC running zones, Oct 5th. You should all enter this race for training purposes, it’ll be on all your training plans. Please do what you need to do to enter this race.
Tuesday (13): 4:15-6:00pm. Z1-4 Rski SK, meet at nordic centre team room
Wednesday (14): 4:30-6:30pm. Z1-2 Rski CL ski strength combo
Thursday (15): 4:30-6:30pm. Z1-3 running combo and strength in gym
Saturday (16): Meet at team room @10am. Running out EKG + ski striding intensity by mine scar (bring classic poles). Done by noon.
