Here are the details for group training this week:
Tue (15):
AM: Meet at Harvey Heights gravel parking lot at 9:00am for Z3 skate intensity.
PM: Meet at Harvey Heights gravel parking lot at 4:30pm for Z3 skate intensity. We will be done at 6:30pm
Wed (16):
Meet at Team Room at 4:30pm for RS-CL technique and speed. We will be done at 6:00pm. I will meet 1 athlete after the workout today. Get back to me if you can.
Thu (17):
AM: RS-SK technique (uphill focus). Meet at Harvey Heights at 9am. CANCELLED
PM: Meet at team room at 4:45pm for RS-SK technique and strength. We will be done at 6:30pm. This session is with the T2’s.
Sat/Sun:
Training on your own. See your training program.
