It was a great first week of Track Attack. Incredible enthusiasm and energy from the kids and was great to re-connect with each other as we travelled through the woods. We started each session with a 20 minute wog (run/walk), played capture the flag and the animal game in the woods high above the Nordic Center, followed by a wog back to the stadium. We finished each session with a game of soccer. The highlight was the joining of POD 2 and 3 for a massive game of animal game. It has been two years since we have been able to play as a bigger group.

September 19
5:00- 6:00 pm Regular track attack programming for the kids.
5:30-6:00 pm: Program information meeting. Mandatory for all parents. Haig Room of the Bill Warren Training Center at the Canmore Nordic Center. Topics covered will be program goals, expectations, overview of the schedule, equipment information including a grip waxing demo and Q and A.
