Hello Team –
Here are the details for the group sessions this week:
Tue (22):
AM: Ski striding with some bounding. Meet team room at 9am.
PM: Ski walk up and down the Highline trail with some sprints at the end. Meet at Quarry Lake parking lot at 4:30pm. Bring poles! We will be done at 6:15pm
Wed (23):
Z1 and speed on RS-CL on Harvey Heights path. Meet at the gravel parking lot at 4:30pm. We will be done at 6:00pm
Thu (24):
AM: No session this morning. See afternoon session details
PM: Sprint race on RS-SK for all xc and biathletes. Meet at team room at 4:30pm. Show up early if you need your poles sharpened. We will be done at 6:30pm.
Sat (26):
Weekend camp for TT’s and LC’s. All details here: viewtopic.php?f=59&t=1625
Note that LC’s will team up with T2’s for this camp
Sun (27):
TC/TW: Long mountain run from Ribbon Creek, over Buller Pass and finish at the Buller Pass day use area. We will need to organize transportation. More details later this week, but plan on meeting at the latest 8:30am at the team room. I will speak to you individually about this workout. Another option is to run/ski walk up and down Buller Mt from the Buller Mountain day use area on Spray Lakes Reservoir (same as the LC’s).
