    TT Week Three 9/24-30/18

    • Keep up the good work being 5-10min early!
    • Running shoes to EVERY practice
    • Athletes, please remember to bring a jacket, pants, hat and gloves to EVERY session so you are prepared for weather changes. You may leave your additional clothing in the team room during practice.
    • Lake Louise Camp sign-up deadline HERE Oct 1.
    • Flex Testing begins Sept 24. Drop off your scraped/brushed and totally cleaned skis in the team room.  Skis must be clearly marked in tape with your name & weight.

    9/24 Mon 5-6:30 @CNCClassic Rollerski & Strength.  Intro + progression on rollerskis and strength (bring running shoes!).  We recommend that T1s use their skate boots today to give more ankle support and help with stability.  Anyone who struggles with comfort or stability on classic rollerskis is also welcome to wear skate boots.  T2s will begin the session on foot, T1s will start with rollerskiing.  Race suit try-on 6:30-7:30.

    9/25 Tues @ CNC – Biathlon Practice.  T2s 4:45-6:15; T1s 6:30-8.  Refer to email for more details.

    9/26 Wed 5-6:30 @CNC  – Running w/poles.  Agility, speed/power bounding, equalizer relays, speedball!  Exchange Trip parent mtg during practice today!

    9/29 Sat 12:30-2pm – Run Microwave Meander loop.  Meeting at Harvie Heights road.  https://goo.gl/maps/VXTFLbLGu7w  Looking for a few parents to help out, please email Matt if available.
