    Hello Team,

    Good work on another great week of training under your belts!

    Special training opportunities coming up, just to ark the calendar:
    October 11- 6:00-7:00 -> 3,000M run with Foothills and XC Bragg Creek at the Nakoda Elementary Tack
    October 14- 9:00-12:00 -> Bow Valley Campground Sprints

    Training this week:

    Monday(25)
    Multi/Primo/TTS-Dev
    4:45-6:15  Zone 5 Intensity with offset technique. 4-5x 4min zone 5 with a 3min rest.

    Tuesday(26)
    Primo/TTS-Dev
    4:45-6:45 Strength and Classic Rollerski . U18 in the gym first, U16 rollerski first.  Meet infront of the BWTC

    Wednesday(27)
    Multi/Primo/TTS-Dev
    4:45-6:45 Zone 2 Run & Team Culture Activity. We will run for 1 hour then meet in front of the team room for a special activity. Please attend this training day if at all possible. Bring dry and warm clothes for after the workout–we will be outdoors for the activity. If your family has any old and unwanted toys/costumes/arts & crafts supplies, please feel free to donate them for the activity. Should be a fun one!

    Thursday(28) – Sunday (Oct 1) 
    Kimberley Camp! Be sure to know which meals you are signed up for and review the packing list.

    ** As per usual there will be no training on Monday October 2nd following the camp.
