    Hello,

    Reminders from Matt:
    School is in full swing, and there are lots of germs floating around out there. Look after yourselves: hydrate, eat well, go to bed early, sleep lots 9-10hrs, and wash your hands all of which all will help you from getting sick, and better adapt to your training.

    As well, fall arrived here last week, so be sure you are dressing well for training sessions: jacket, pants, toque when it is cold.

    Be sure to talk to your Phys Ed teacher and register for XC Running Zones. This is a great running race opportunity.

    Training this week:

    Monday(25): Shooting with Geret: Run Combo 4:30-5:45 This will include your gym warm-up so you can skip that once you are there and go straight to strength.
    5:45-6:45 Strength at the BWTC.
    Please remember your gym pass card. You will have to grab the gym box to take down with you.

    Tuesday(26): 4:30-6:15 Roller Ski Skate Combo with Jeff

    Wednesday(27): 4:30-6:00 Ski Striding intensity Combo with Jeff

    Thursday(28): 4:30-6:30 Run and Strength. Meet at the Teamroom. No Shooting.

    Saturday(30): 9:00-11:00 Run and Roller Ski Classic Combo with Jeff
