Great job at the camp Kendra, Sam and Nelson. It looked like it was a piece of cake! This is great that you can train 3-4 hours in a day and make it look like it’s nothing! You will have a very easy week now.

Tue (29):
AM: See afternoon workout about pursuit race
PM: XC and biathletes will do a pursuit race this evening. Bring your classic and skate equipment (I suggest skate boots for the classic leg if you don’t have pursuit boots). Arrive early today as the race will start at about 4:50pm (4:40pm for Pate and Phil). Arrive even earlier if you need your poles sharpened. We will be done at about 6:15pm.
Wed (30): No session today.
Thu (1) to Sun (4): Revelstoke camp for TC/TW. Check your email for details.
Sat (3): LC’s will train with the T2’s today. RS-CL at Harvey Heights. Check the Train to Train forum and your training program.
