    Hello Team,

    Great work out in Kimberley.  We coaches have raised the bar and you all went for it over the camp and put in some great training.  You should be tired, but that is how we create training adaptations.  Focus on good sleep this week and you’ll come out stronger and fitter on the other end!

    Saturday, Oct 5 training will be the Run and Roll event put on by Nordiq Alberta. It is free to participate, but does require a sign up to create start lists.  Athlete’s choice on distance.  If both the rollerski and run is too daunting (you all can handle it, but some are recovering from injury), you can pair up with someone to do it as a relay.  Register, then contact Ivan <manager@nordiqalberta.ca > to let him know your partner.  Register on zone4 by Oct 2: https://zone4.ca/register.asp?id=36490

    We coaches have updated the camp & race sign up sheet.  If you know what races you are keen to do, plese sign up early.  No need to wait until the deadline if you know what you are doing.  Keep an eye on the team what’s app as we will be diving into individual meetings soon. Sign up link:

    Monthly Challenge: Our September winner was Sonija, with Toben coming in a close second. Your first chance at the Octoebr challenge will be on the 7th.

    4:45-6:15  Skate rollering. We will be doing some sprints and talking about shooting in the wind.

    5:00-6:00 Strength with Chelsea

    Saturday(5) Range will be closed
