Hello Team,
We have our U16/18 parent meeting scheduled for September 13th, 6:00-6:45pm at the BWTC. We will cover a lot of items so it is very important that at least one parent/guardian from the family attends! We will cover topics like training and communication expectations, wax deposits, volunteer bonds, ski testing, race sign ups and bookings, and more.

4:45-6:45: Gym strength and skate rollerski.
U18 in gym first, U16 rollerski first.

4:45-6:45: Rollerski classic intensity CNC. Meet at BWTC.
Thursday (7)
TTS-Dev
5:00-6:00: Women strength with Chelsea.
6:00-7:00: Men strength with Chelsea.
Saturday (9)

8:30-12:00 Classic rollerski + hike. We will start on classic skis and rollerski the Banff Springs golf course loop, then stash rollerski gear in cars and switch into running/hiking gear and head out for the first 4km of West End of Rundle. If you are being dropped off remember to put running/hiking gear into a coaches car. Drop off and pickup at the Spray River Bridge (just past Bow Falls viewpoint).
