Tue (8):
AM: Team room at 9:00am for some RS-CL. We will work on technique and possibly do some Z3 and/or speed.
PM: Meet at team room at 4:30pm for some Z1 & Z3 RS-CL. We will be done at 6:15pm
Wed (9):
Meet at team room at 4:30pm for some running and ski striding technique and speed. We will be done at 6:00pm
Thu (10):
AM: Meet at team room at 9am for some RS-SK speed.
PM: No session today due to Excite camp on Fri-Sat-Sun
Sat (12): Excite camp for most. Training on your own for the older ones.
