    Hello TTs

    Our first week of training has arrived! Remember, we want to start sessions at the posted time so we can make the most of our time together. This means arriving a little before the posted time so you are set to go at the beginning of the session.

    The parent meeting on September 19 will cover all the great details of the season to come. There is never a perfect date that everyone can attend. If you can not make it, please talk with another parent and they can pass on the notes to you.

    Monday 10th 5:00-6:30 @ CNC
    Run, strength, and introduction activities. Meet at the teamroom with your running shoes, drinkbelt/ water bottle carrier, and clothes for 1.5 hours of fun activity. It is forecasted to rain, so be sure to wear your rain jacket and proper base layer (not a cotton t shirt).

    Wednesday 12th 5:00-6:30 @ CNC
    Ski striding technique work and crazy sprints. Bring your ski striding poles- slightly shorter than your classic poles or last year’s poles if you have grown over the summer. The ideal height is 80% of your height measured from tip to pole strap.

    Saturday 15th 9:00-10:30 @ Quarry Lake Parking Lot
    Due to the fresh snow and weather forecast we will change the workout today. Meet at Quarry lake parking Lot for a 1.5 hour run. Remember your rain jacket, drink belt, and clothes for +2C and Rain.

    If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together. We have an amazing team and the power of our teammates can raise you to go farther than ever expected.
