    Hello Team, great first week of “official fall training”.

    I would like to remind everyone to update their training journal and also let me know if you can’t make a session (email, text or phone). If you are doing a school sport (or anything else), please email me the schedule. Thanks.

    Note that the XC running zones are coming up on October 5th. This is a very good race to enter. Please sign up for it, it will be on your program.

    Here’s the plan for this week. Check back on Wednesday for the full details for Saturday.

    Tuesday (13): 4:15-6:00pm. Z1 & Z4, RS-SK, meet at team room. Fun races today + agility RS course! Get on your skis and warm up when you get there. Meet in the biathlon stadium at 4:30pm, having done 15min of Z1.

    Wednesday (14): 4:30-6:30pm. Z1 & Z2, RS-CL, team room.

    Thursday (15): 4:30-6:30pm. Z1 running with a few sprints + strength in gym (last time with this plan).

    Saturday (16): Meet at team room @10am. Running out EKG + ski striding intensity by mine scar. Done by noon.
