    WELCOME TO FALL TRAINING FOR TRAIN TO TRAIN :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

    Monday 12th: 5 – 6:30pm @ Canmore Nordic Centre
    We will kick off Fall training with a run with some strength and team building mixed in. Put your friend cap on and get ready to get to know your team mates and share some things about yourself 😛 Drink belt essential.

    Tuesday – please note that TT biathlon starts next week, September 20th!

    Wednesday 14th: 5 – 6:30pm @ CNC
    Rollerski skills – skate. Get prepared to stop, turn, accelerate and have fun on rollerskis. If you are using Club rollerskis, please arrive at 4:45pm so we can sort out the equipment and start at 5pm. Helmet, drink belt and own poles essential **please check that your tips are sharp BEFORE arriving on Wednesday.

    Thursday 15th is the last day to register for the Nipika Camp – Sept 30th – Oct 2nd. Follow the link below:

    Please make sure your mountain bike is in good working order and you have ridden it in the last few weeks!

    **Also, we are looking for parent helpers for the camp, if you scroll all the way down to the bottom of the spread sheet you will see where you can sign up! As a helper you will be required to sleep in the barn and help with meals, also possibly join us for a mtn bike on the Saturday. 😛
