    Hello LCs,

    Solid kick off to the fall season with some quality rollerski interval sessions last week. Lots of good skiing while you were working hard.  Let’s bring that quality into all skiing, especially our Z2 skis.

    HOUSEKEEPING:

    • The Beaver Mines Camping Weekend is Sept 16-19. Check Matt’s email for all the details.
    • If you are camping in Beaver Mines, please confirm your campsite on the spreadsheet here.
    • Always check the forum before each workout as some might change due to weather, air quality, bears, etc…
    • Please do not come to team workouts if you are not feeling well or sick
    • Masks must be worn by athletes and coaches while inside venues like the BWTC gym, team room…
    • We will try to pass on the “Golden Cup” to the next athlete when we meet at the start of each session, but it can live in the teamroom.

    MONDAY(13)

    Supremo

    445-500 Warm up OYO running. 500-615 Meet Chelsea in they gym.

    TUESDAY(14)

    Multi- Primo- Supremo

    Skate Rollerski focusing on technique. Arrive at 445 to warm up OYO. Meet at the biathlon clock at 500. Done at 615

    WEDNESDAY(15)

    Multi- Primo- Supremo

    Skate Rollerski Time Trial. 5km for all (2 laps of the biathlon rollerski loop/ Lynx Loop).  Warm up OYO 445-525. Meet at the top of the first hill on the Rollerski Track. First starter at 530 with 15 second interval starts. Done at 615.

    THURSDAY(16)-SUNDAY(19) Team Training in Beaver Mines. Check doc for details.

    MONDAY(20)- No team training
