Here’s the plan for this week….
NOTE: Always come back to the forum and check for changes especially when the weather is not favorable.
Monday (14): Rest day if you did the AST or ADT camp. I you haven’t and are a LC1, then line up your non-group training days according to Matt’s guidelines.
Tuesday (15): CHANGE DUE TO WEATHER: Meet at team room for Ski Striding. 4:30-6:15pm
Wednesday (16): Run starting and finishing at parking lot just before entering Harvey Heights. 4:45-6:30pm.
Thursday (17):
LC1: Bike from home for 15min then meet at the bwtc gym for 4:45pm You will bike home for 45min after the strength.
LC2: Bike from home leaving at 4:30 and arriving the gym at 5:15pm. You will also bike home after for 15min.
Saturday (19): CHANGE. Phone an LC friend and do one of the following endurance training:
Hiking for 2.5hrs
Road or Mt bike on easy terrain for 2.0hrs
Run for 1.5hrs LC2’s or 1.25hrs LC1’s
