Training this week:
Monday (16) 5:00-6:30 LC+ Strength with Eric, outside if nice. Meet at the BWTC.
Tuesday (17) 4:45-6:30 LC/LC+ RS-CL. Meet at team room. Bring a snack and a change of clothes for the athlete meeting 6:30-7:15 (bwtc). Bring something to take notes
Wednesday (18) 5:00-6:30 LC/LC+ UMR. Meet at team room.
Thursday (19) 4:30-6:15 LC/LC+ Run and NEW GYM STRENGTH PLAN. Meet at the bwtc. Parent meeting 5:30-6:15 (bwtc).
Saturday (21) 9:30-11:00 LC/LC+ RS-SK time trial. Meet at team room.
We don’t have to be superstars or win championships…. All we have to do is learn to rise to every occasion, give our best effort, and make those around us better as we do it.
