Hello Team –
This week is a mixed training week with some intensity early on and volume with the Nipika camp. You should have your rides to and from camp organized by now.
Here’s the plan:
Tuesday (18): 1630-1830, team room. Beep Test + ski striding. We will split into two groups. Bring your heart rate monitor for sure or borrow one. Put some electrolytes in your water.
Wednesday (19): 1630-1800, team room. RS-CL intensity. Make sure you have sharp tips on your poles.
Thursday (20): No team training, check TP. Pack up…
Friday to Sunday: Nipika camp. Details circulated via email.
