Yes hello LC/LC+. Here are the workout details for the week.
Monday (18): LC+. Arrive the bwtc gym at 6:15pm. Do your mobility and functional movement routine. Allison will arrive around 6:30pm to do strength with you. The session will end at 7:30pm
Tuesday (19): LC/LC+. 4:30-6:30pm. RS-SK with a few primers. Meet at Travel Alberta. We will go on the Legacy trail.
Wednesday (20): LC/LC+. Uphill Monitoring Run. Take only a small snack after school. Arrive the team room at 5:00pm. We will be done at 6:45pm tonight.
Thursday (21): LC/LC+. Leave your house at 4:45pm and bike in Z1-2 for 30min to the bwtc + strength in gym & bike home (arrive around 6:45pm). Bring extra clothes for the way home.
Saturday (23): LC/LC+. Hiking in Banff NP. Parents welcome to join.
