Only a couple of shooting sessions on the plan for the week so please be there if you’re able. Otherwise, it’s a fairly easy week as we prepare for more volume in Kimberley next week.

Last reminder: the “Creating an Upstander Culture” workshop for athletes and parents is this Wednesday (Sept 21st), 600-630pm. The Canmore Nordic board of directors is making this session mandatory for athletes and parents.

4:45-6:00. Bike or rollerski up to the BWTC. Arrive at the BWTC desk at 5:00 (bring clean shoes please).
You will be done with the session at 6:00 and can then bike/RS back home.
Tuesday (20th)

4:45-6:45. Strength in the BWTC & RS-SK with sprints/agility
U18 in the gym first. Meet in the BWTC with your clean indoor shoes
U16 RS-CL first. Meet in front of BWTC

4:45-5:50. Biathlon RS-SK combo
6:00-6:30. Mandatory “Creating an Upstander Culture” workshop for athletes and parents

9:00-12:00. Run/hike. Meet at Quarry Lake parking lot. We will run then hike Grassi Knob and run back to Quarry. Bring two bars, water, plus appropriate clothing.
