    MONDAY (20):

    Rest day for everyone that attended the Beaver Mines Camping Weekend.

    Tuesday (21)
    Multi-Primo-Supremo

    445-600: RS-CL distance with technique. Arrive at 445 and warm up OYO for 15min. Meet at the biathlon clock at 500. Done at 600.

    Wednesday (22)
    Multi-Primo-Supremo

    445-615: RS-SK intensity. Arrive at 445 and warm up OYO for 15min. Meet at the biathlon clock at 500. Done at 615.

    Thursday (23)
    Primo-Supremo

    In order to access the bwtc gym, you need to show valid ID and either your covid vaccination record or a negative PCR test (within 72 hours). Please arrive 10 minutes early if you can, since checking all ID will take some time.

    445-645: Skate rollerskiing and strength in the gym (BRING A MASK- Required to enter the gym).

    Women in the gym first 445-545. Please arrive a few minutes early.
    Men on rollerskis first 445-545. Meet at team room.

    Saturday (25)
    Multi-Primo-Supremo

    930-1100. Running Time Trial on trails (about 5km). If a few parents are available to course marshal, please email Matt.  Arrive at 930 at the team room (no warm up needed beforehand as we will go run the course together). Start and finish will be at the bottom of King of Sweden/ the Finger. Map below:
