What a great first full week of workouts and there’s more fun to come this week!

    Monday 21st: 5 – 6:30pm @ CNC
It’s time to break out the rollerskis and get familiar with rolling on one ski! Today we’ll work on skate rollerskiing with games and agility activities. Meet at the Team Room at 5pm, please arrive early if you do not have your own gear so we can try to start the session on time. You will need rollerskis, boots, poles, a helmet and drink belt.

    Wednesday 23rd: 5 – 6:30pm @ Elizabeth Rummel oval
Meeting at Elizabeth Rummell oval for a dynamic warm up, then we’ll head out onto the Horse shoe loop and other trails for a run and ski stride with some surprize strength and speed work thrown in. You need to bring ski striding poles and a drink belt.

Saturday 26th: Time TBC – Tent Ridge Hike
The annual CNSC Club hike is on we are heading up Tent Ridge in Kananaskis again this year, hoping for a better view this time 😛 . After passing Engadine Lodge, continue along the road towards Mt Shark, the parking lot is on the right, though not super well marked. More specific details to come. Parents welcome and younger siblings are also welcome to join however they will need to head off with the Track Attack group and be accompanied by a parent. Check the weather to make sure you have all the right layers. Bring a day pack with water, snacks and a packed lunch.

I am off to Austria on Wednesday for the FIS Womens Cross Country Coaching Seminar, don’t worry you are in good hands with Alaric, Rhonda and Milaine  . If you have questions about Wednesday or Monday 28th please contact
